Orders are packed with care and dispatched using a suitable courier. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout or by email, especially for handmade-to-order pieces.

Shipping charges may vary by order value, size and destination. The checkout currently uses a simple flat-rate placeholder and should be replaced with your actual shipping rules before launch.

Returns & exchanges

Because handmade pieces may be made in small batches or especially for you, return eligibility should be stated clearly on each product and confirmed before production where applicable.

If an item arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with photographs and the order number so we can review and resolve it.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Because they are downloadable files, cancellations or refunds after download should be governed by the specific product terms shown before purchase.
